What we believe
No single person or institution sees the whole picture alone.
So Vayam lays out what people think and why, and leaves the decision with those accountable for it. There are no rankings and no winning Solutions.

Where we are
We are early, and we would rather say so. Vayam started in Hyderabad in December 2024, and a small team built the first working version of the platform in September 2026.
From October we take one question at a time into the city, through street interviews, small group conversations and town halls. We expect to learn a lot, and to change as we do.

- A first partner: a department, city body, campus or NGO with one question it wants the public to think through.
- Advice from people who have run consultations or worked in government.
- Researchers and journalists curious about what people think, and why.
